Bio

Background & Education

I was born in Hungary and between 1997 and 2001 I studied library and informatics, which included political science and philosophy as well. I graduated with an MA degree. My daily work is normally some Business analysis stuff.

Writing

I began writing novels and poems in childhood and have continued ever since, composing in several languages (Hungarian, English, French, and German). My writings range from essays, political blog posts and historical stories to tales and poetry.

Creative passions & Visual skills

I have some experience in graphics, and my love for drawing began when I spent my afternoons sketching imaginary scenes in my notebook as a child. I have a couple of graphics and paintings which were exhibited many years before.

After completing a screenwriting course in 2013, I went on to study film directing and later animation. This eventually led me to try out building 3D sets and learn game development, though I’m not deeply interested in games. I seem to be constantly seeking for the best way of expression.

As my free time allows it I am mostly working with creative tools such as Blender, Unity & Unreal Engine, After Effects and Premier Pro, etc.

Animal advocacy

I admit I have a great passion for animals. My fascination with reptiles, especially crocodiles, led me to volunteer for a couple of years at a crocodile zoo. For now I have three adopted turtles.

I actively support several animal shelters and welfare organizations. In 2015, I went vegan and have been striving to live in an eco-conscious way ever since. This is also why I chose “Green Is My Colour” as the name of my site.

Cultural Perspective & Languages

It always fascinated me that by learning other languages one can take a glimpse into other cultures. As though a lingo would magically open a door to other people, and other ways of perceiving this amazing world we are living in.

I can speak English, Japanese, German and French, I know a bit of Latin and Greek, and have picked up some Arabic and Hebrew along the way. Lately, I’ve been using Duolingo to learn Greek and refresh my Japanese (I plan to take N3 level exam next year in 2026).
